Online and offline extrusion process tests of 6005A aluminum alloy plate were carried out.According to the internal control composition and time-temperature-performance curve of 6005A aluminum alloy,the quenching-sensitive interval was correspondingly determined.By adopting different quenching methods in different quenching-sensitive intervals,the online extrusion process of 6005A aluminum alloy plate was optimized,which varied the plate product from offline production to online production.As a result,the work process was reduced,the yield rate and production efficiency were improved,thus reducing working hour and cost.
