地铁风挡铝合金中间框焊缝疲劳寿命评估

应用ANSYS Workbench软件对某型号地铁风挡铝合金中间框主体焊缝进行疲劳寿命评估,根据EN 12663标准对中间框施加疲劳载荷工况,基于应力仿真结果,采用DVS1608多轴应力评估法进行利用率计算.评估结果表明,所有工况下的利用率均小于1,说明地铁风挡铝合金中间框主体焊缝满足使用要求.
ANSYS Workbench software was used to evaluate the fatigue life of the weld of the aluminum alloy intermediate frame of a certain type of subway windshield,and the fatigue load condition was applied to the intermediate frame according to the EN 12663 standard,and the utilization rate was calculated by using the DVS1608 multiaxial stress evaluation method based on the stress simulation result.The evaluation result shows that the utilization rate under all working conditions is less than 1,indicating that the weld of the aluminum alloy intermediate frame of the subway windshield meets the use requirement.
