The prefabricated substation box carries heavy electrical equipment inside,and the road bump will be encountered during transportation,and the structural performance will be affected.In this regard,the transportation force of the prefabricated substation box was numerically analyzed.The transport vehicle and road surface were modeled,and the virtual prototype was used to simulate the kinematics of speed bump,expansion joint,and high-speed uneven road surface working conditions.By applying different excitations and loads,the kinematics data of the transport vehicle under various working conditions were obtained,and the maximum vertical acceleration was selected as the input data for finite element analysis.The maximum load of the transport vehicle under dynamic condition was simulated,the analysis result shows that the prefabricated substation box can meet the allowable stress requirement,the deformation is only 1.024 2 mm,and the structure will not be destructive.
