介绍了用于生产精对苯二甲酸的超大型尾气洗涤塔的结构和技术参数,从焊缝排版、焊接、无损检测、耐压试验、现场阻焊等方面分析了超大型尾气洗涤塔的制造工艺,为超大型装备的制造积累了经验.
Abstract
The structure and technical parameter of the super-large exhaust gas scrubber used for the production of purified terephthalic acid were introduced,and the manufacturing processes of the super-large exhaust gas scrubber were analyzed from the aspects of weld layout,welding,non-destructive testing,pressure test,and on-site soldering mask,which accumulates experience for the manufacture of super-large equipment.
