Heterojunction battery technology is in the process of accelerating industrialization,however,the high cost of electrode metallization and high frequency equipment investment restrict the widespread promotion of heterojunction battery.Starting from the development of heterojunction metallization equipment,combined with current new screen technology and component technology,research and analysis were conducted on the technical path of cost reduction and efficiency improvement of electrode metallization of heterojunction battery.The application and development of screen printing in heterojunction battery technology were introduced,the current development status of heterojunction battery technology and photovoltaic screen printing equipment were discussed,the new screen printing equipment was introduced,the new heterojunction metallization technology was analyzed,and the future development of metallization technology was envisioned.
