Shuttle shelving is a high-density storage device composed of shelf and shuttle car.Currently,steel shelving is widely used in the market,but it has defects such as heavy weight,difficult installation and transportation,and poor overall stability.In response,an aluminum alloy shuttle shelving was designed,with the main body connected by bolt,which has the advantages of overall stable performance,easy installation,long service life,and green environmental protection.The structure of aluminum alloy shuttle shelving was introduced,and simulation analysis was conducted to confirm that it meets the usage requirement and has strong market competitiveness compared to traditional steel shuttle shelving.
