设计了一种铝合金脚手板,对外形尺寸、材料、结构进行了介绍.通过对铝合金脚手板进行仿真分析,表明铝合金脚手板在正常工况及加载风载荷的特殊工况下均为固定钩的应力最大,最大应力小于材料屈服强度.面板的位移最大,最大位移为9.593 mm,小于允许值.同时对铝合金脚手板的市场前景进行了展望.铝合金脚手板的设计满足标准要求,可以应用推广.
An aluminum alloy scaffolding board was designed,and its external dimension,material,and structure were introduced.Through simulation analysis of the aluminum alloy scaffolding board,it is shown that the stress of the fixed hook place of the aluminum alloy scaffolding board becomes the highest under normal working condition and special working condition with wind load,and the maximum stress is less than the yield strength of the material.The displacement of the panel is maximum,and the maximum displacement is 9.593 mm,which is less than the allowable value.At the same time,the market prospect of the aluminum alloy scaffolding board was also discussed.The design of the aluminum alloy scaffolding board meets the standard requirement and can be promoted and widely applied.
