随着智能工厂、智能物流、智能仓储的快速崛起,工业机器人在智能制造中发挥着越来越重要的作用.自动导引车是一种24 h无间断连续作业的智能导引设备,可代替人工实现操作过程的无人化流程运转.对基于双目视觉的自动导引车避障系统进行研究,介绍了双目视觉的原理、优势、硬件配置和校准流程,分析了基于双目视觉的自动导引车避障系统的整体设计,并展望了双目视觉自动导引车的未来发展.
With the rapid rise of intelligent factory,intelligent logistics and intelligent warehousing,industrial robot plays an increasingly important role in intelligent manufacturing.Automatic guided vehicle is a kind of intelligent guidance equipment with 24 h uninterrupted operation,which can replace the labour to achieve unmanned running during operation process.Research was conducted on the obstacle avoidance system of automatic guided vehicle based on binocular vision.The principle,advantage,hardware configuration,and calibration process of binocular vision were introduced.The overall design of the obstacle avoidance system of automatic guided vehicle based on binocular vision was analyzed,and the future development of binocular vision automatic guided vehicle was prospected.
