摘要

根据GB 11567-2017标准要求,对某挂车侧面防护装置进行轻量化设计.在保证满足标准要求的基础上,采用铝合金材料,实现轻量化目标.运用有限元分析方法对挂车侧面防护装置力学性能进行评价,确认满足刚度要求.

Abstract

According to the requirement of GB 11567-2017 standard,the side protection device of a certain trailer was designed to be lightweight.On the basis of ensuring compliance with standard requirement,aluminum alloy material was used to achieve the goal of lightweighting.By use of finite element analysis method,the mechanical performance of the side protection device of trailer was evaluated and confirmed that it meets the stiffness requirement.
