撬装加油站是集储油、加油、卸油功能于一体的机电一体化设备,目前常见的撬装加油站均采用钢材料制成,质量大,耐腐蚀性能差,使用寿命短,且存在泄漏隐患.对此,设计了铝合金撬装加油站.材料选用5系、6系铝合金,依据铝合金特点对油罐及框架进行改进,通过力学分析对铝合金撬装加油站进行验证,分析结果显示,最大应力为167.3 MPa.所有工况分析结果均符合相关设计标准要求,确认所设计的铝合金撬装加油站是安全的,设计方案可行.
Skid mounted gas station is the electromechanical integrated equipment that integrates oil storage,refueling,and unloading functions.Currently,common skid mounted gas station is made of steel material,which has heavy weight,poor corrosion resistance,short service life,and potential leakage hazard.In this regard,an aluminum alloy skid mounted gas station was designed.The material selection is 5 series and 6 series aluminum alloys,and the oil tank and frame are improved based on the characteristic of aluminum alloy.Mechanical analysis was used to verify the aluminum alloy skid mounted gas station.The analysis result shows that the maximum stress is 167.3 MPa.Analysis results of all operating conditions meet the requirement of relevant design standard,to confirm that the designed aluminum alloy skid mounted gas station is safe,and the design scheme is feasible.
