The characteristic of online quenching equipment was discussed.A large section and multi cavity aluminum alloy online quenching device was designed to address the problem of easy deformation during extrusion quenching of complex large section and multi cavity aluminum alloy.The structure of the device was introduced and its advantage was given.This online quenching device has the characteristics of multi-channel,adjustable lifting,and adjustable angle.Through practice,it is proven that the large section and multi cavity aluminum alloy online quenching device has the advantages of simple structure,uniform quenching,small deformation of profile,and controllable and adjustable process.It can effectively improve the toughness and plasticity of aluminum alloy product,increase the yield of extrusion process product,and reduce production cost.
