以汽车涂装车间为例,介绍了搭载虚拟现实的汽车车间三维物流仿真系统.采用CATIA软件建立输送设备和工艺设备的三维模型,运用Tecnomatix Plant Simulation软件根据生产工艺、运输方案在仿真环境下构建汽车涂装车间机械化运输环境,编辑定义常用设备三维仿真模型库,创建虚拟现实接口,搭载SteemVR软件平台,接入调试虚拟现实设备.通过搭载虚拟现实的汽车车间三维物流仿真系统,可以在汽车厂的规划设计阶段戴上虚拟现实设备身临其境,自由行走,任意观看,提前通过视觉直观感受汽车车间,了解占地面积、投入设备、生产流程等.
Taking the automobile painting workshop as an example,the three-dimensional logistics simulation system of the automobile workshop equipped with virtual reality was introduced.CATIA software is used to establish the three-dimensional models of conveying equipment and process equipment.Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software is used to construct the mechanized transportation environment of the automobile painting workshop in the simulation environment according to the production process and transportation plan,the three-dimensional simulation model library of common equipment is edited and defined,the virtual reality interface is created,and the SteemVR software platform is equipped to access and debug the virtual reality equipment.Through the three-dimensional logistics simulation system of the automobile workshop equipped with virtual reality,people can wear virtual reality equipment in the planning and design stage of the automobile factory,walk freely,watch at will,intuitively feel the automobile workshop through vision in advance,and understand the floor area,input equipment,production process,etc.
