失速工况下轴流泵内部压力脉动与流噪声研究

为了研究失速工况下轴流泵内部压力脉动与流噪声的影响,通过对轴流泵进行非定常数值计算,获得不同流量工况下轴流泵内部非定常流动.借助涡量运输方程,对不同流量工况下叶轮流道内部涡的核心强度与形态进行分析.同时对压力脉动与流噪声进行关联分析,表明压力脉动与声压表现出相似的分布趋势,最大值均位于叶轮进口流道中点.通过拟合,表明压力脉动与声压具有较好的三阶拟合优度,并且两者呈现正相关.
In order to study the influence of internal pressure pulsation and flow noise of axial flow pump under stall condition,the unsteady flow of axial flow pump under different flow condition was obtained by calculating the unsteady numerical value of axial flow pump.With the help of the vorticity transport equation,the core strength and morphology of the vortex in the impeller channel under different flow condition were analyzed.At the same time,the correlation analysis between pressure pulsation and flow noise shows that pressure pulsation and sound pressure show a similar distribution trend,and the maximum value is located at the midpoint of the impeller inlet flow channel.Through fitting,it is shown that pressure pulsation and sound pressure has a good third-order goodness-of-fit,and the two are positively correlated.
