The conventional design method was used to design the gear transmission of pure electric vehicle transmission,and the macroscopic geometric parameter of the gear was obtained.In order to optimize the working performance of the gear of pure electric vehicle transmission and avoid the premature failure of some gear teeth due to low strength,the gear transmission of pure electric vehicle transmission was optimized with multiple objectives.The mathematical model was established by taking the equal bending strength of the gear root and the minimum contact stress of the tooth surface as.the optimal design objectives,taking the macroscopic geometric parameter obtained by the conventional design as the initial design value,and meeting the constraints of helical gear strength,tooth top thickness and coincidence degree.The ideal point method was used to carry out optimization and solution,and the 3D models of the pure electric vehicle before and after optimization were established by Pro/E software,and the static analysis was carried out by ANSYS Workbench software.The result shows that the bending strength difference and tooth surface contact stress of the pure electric vehicle gear were improved when the design condition was satisfied.This multi-objective optimization provided a reference for the design and optimization of the macroscopic geometric parameter of the gear of pure electric vehicle transmission.
