精密微型丝杠传动副的性能研究

为提高精密微型丝杠的抗弯性和耐磨性,以直径1.6 mm精密微型丝杠传动副为对象进行性能研究.针对不同丝杆牙型设计、不同丝杆材质与热处理方式、不同配套丝母材质及润滑策略等,设计加工系列试件,搭建微型丝杠传动副测试平台.对精密微型丝杠传动副真实工作状态下不同丝杆试件的抗弯性进行测试对比,并对不同丝母组成的精密微型丝杆传动副的耐磨性进行测试对比,筛选出最佳参数组合.进行小批量试制应用,结果表明,优化后的精密微型丝杠传动副抗弯性和耐磨性得到明显提高.
In order to improve the bending resistance and wear resistance of precision micro lead screw,the performance study was carried out by taking the 1.6 mm diameter precision micro lead screw transmission pair as object.According to different screw tooth design,different screw materials and heat treatment methods,different supporting nut materials and lubrication strategies,etc.,a series of specimens were designed and processed,and a miniature lead screw transmission pair test platform was built.The bending resistance of different screw specimens under the real working state of the precision micro lead screw transmission pair was tested and compared,and the wear resistance of the precision micro lead screw transmission pairs composed of different nuts was tested and compared,and the best parameter combination was screened out.The result shows that the bending resistance and wear resistance of the optimized precision micro lead screw transmission pair are significantly improved.
