摘要
随着物流行业的发展,集装化运输是必然的趋势.针对减小集装箱质量、降低物流运输成本等需求,设计了钢铝混合集装箱.建立模型,确定加工工艺,选择材料,并进行仿真校核.所设计的钢铝混合集装箱具有质量小、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长等优点,较钢制集装箱减重率为16.2％,便于甩挂运输和机械设备装卸搬运,满足现代物流企业的使用需求,具有很大的市场前景.
Abstract
With the development of the logistics industry,container transportation is an inevitable trend.In order to reduce the mass of container and reduce the cost of logistics and transportation,a steel-aluminum mixed container was designed.The model was established,the processing technology was determined,the material was selected,and the simulation check was performed.The designed steel-aluminum mixed container has the advantages of small mass,corrosion resistance,long service life,etc.,and the weight reduction rate is 16.2％compared with that of steel container,which is convenient for rejection and transportation and mechanical equipment loading and unloading,and meets the use demand of modern logistics enterprise,and has great market prospect.
