摘要

随着物流行业的发展,集装化运输是必然的趋势.针对减小集装箱质量、降低物流运输成本等需求,设计了钢铝混合集装箱.建立模型,确定加工工艺,选择材料,并进行仿真校核.所设计的钢铝混合集装箱具有质量小、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长等优点,较钢制集装箱减重率为16.2%,便于甩挂运输和机械设备装卸搬运,满足现代物流企业的使用需求,具有很大的市场前景.

Abstract

With the development of the logistics industry,container transportation is an inevitable trend.In order to reduce the mass of container and reduce the cost of logistics and transportation,a steel-aluminum mixed container was designed.The model was established,the processing technology was determined,the material was selected,and the simulation check was performed.The designed steel-aluminum mixed container has the advantages of small mass,corrosion resistance,long service life,etc.,and the weight reduction rate is 16.2%compared with that of steel container,which is convenient for rejection and transportation and mechanical equipment loading and unloading,and meets the use demand of modern logistics enterprise,and has great market prospect.
