应用有限元方法,对厢式货车货厢抗变形性能进行分析.在内部冲击工况下,墙板和厢门受到内部载荷冲击,卸载后残余变形为0.01~0.5 mm,满足标准中不大于12 mm的要求.在雪载工况下,加载到400 mm时,卸载后无残余变形,加载到600 mm时,卸载后残余变形为1.7 mm,说明顶棚有很强的抗变形能力.厢式货车货厢还有进一步轻量化的空间,并且可以为其它型号厢式货车货厢的设计提供参考.
The finite element method was used to analyze the anti-deformation performance of the cargo compartment of the van.Under the internal impact condition,the wall panel and the compartment door are impacted by the internal load,and the residual deformation after unloading is 0.01~0.5 mm,which meets the requirement of no more than 12 mm in the standard.Under the snow load condition,when loading to 400 mm,there is no residual deformation after unloading,and when loading to 600 mm,the residual deformation after unloading is 1.7 mm,indicating that the roof has a strong anti-deformation ability.There is room for further weight reduction in the cargo compartment of the van,and it can provide a reference for the design of other types of cargo compartments of the van.
