摘要

介绍了多回转大扭矩工频电动执行机构的设计要求,在此基础上设计了多回转大扭矩工频电动执行机构.计算了电机参数和蜗轮蜗杆传动参数,校核了蜗轮蜗杆承载能力.给出了设计方案,并进行了应用测试.

Abstract

The design requirement of multi-turn high-torque power-frequency electric actuator was introduced,and on this basis,the multi-turn high-torque power-frequency electric actuator was designed.The motor parameter and worm gear transmission parameter were calculated,and the bearing capacity of the worm gear and worm was checked.The design scheme was given,and the application test was carried out.
