摘要
车载式移动注汽锅炉是油田注汽采油工艺中使用的一种特种设备,属于超长、超宽特种设备,经常会遇到特殊路况,无法转弯和摆正位置.对此,研制了车载式移动注汽锅炉脱困装置.通过设计双滑轨式结构、单活塞双向液压锁结构、球头式旋转结构,可以实现接续循环行走、360°全方向转向、独立举升等特殊路况脱困能力.车载式移动注汽锅炉脱困装置还可以在有类似需求的车辆上安装使用,具有推广价值.
Abstract
Vehicle-mounted mobile steam injection boiler is a kind of special equipment used in the steam injection and oil production process of oilfield,which belongs to ultra-long and ultra-wide special equipment,which often encounters special road condition and cannot turn and correct the position.In this regard,the relief device for vehicle-mounted mobile steam injection boiler was developed.Through the design of double slide rail structure,single-piston two-way hydraulic lock structure,and ball joint rotation structure,it can realize the ability to get out of trouble under special road condition such as continuous cycle walking,360° all-direction steering,and independent lifting.The relief device for vehicle-mounted mobile steam injection boiler can also be installed and used on vehicle with similar needs,which has promotion value.
