电解加工是一种基于阳极溶解原理去除材料的特种加工方法,具有独特优势,在微小结构精密加工领域应用广泛,同时存在阴极设计过程复杂等缺点.针对阵列微凹坑结构阴极设计难题,提出基于电解加工成形过程仿真设计阴极的方法.建立阵列微凹坑电解加工成形过程仿真模型,分析不同加工参数下微凹坑的成形规律.基于成形规律选择合适的阴极尺寸,进行阵列微凹坑结构加工试验,成功加工出满足要求的阵列微凹坑结构.
Electrolytic machining is a special processing method based on the principle of anodic dissolution to remove material,which has unique advantage and is widely used in the field of precision machining of micro structure,but has the disadvantage of complex cathode design process.In order to solve the problem of cathode design of array micro-pit structure,a method for designing cathode based on the simulation of electrolytic machining forming process was proposed.A simulation model of the electrolytic machining forming process of array micro-pit was established to analyze the forming law of micro-pit under different processing parameters.Based on the forming law,the appropriate cathode size was selected,and the array micro-pit structure processing test was carried out,and the array micro-pit structure that meets the requirement was successfully processed.
