Assembly is an important part of the manufacturing process,which has a direct impact on product quality.The methods of improving the product assembly process level were introduced from three aspects such as product assembly scheme selection,improving product assembly automation degree and improving product assembly quality.Methods to improve product assembly automation degree include the use of suitable auxiliary equipment,the introduction of automation equipment,the technical modification of old equipment,the introduction of visual inspection equipment with charge-coupled device,and the preparation of work in advance.Methods to improve product assembly quality include the use of moisture-proof sealing method,the use of anti-static technology,the welding of component,the verification of experimental design,and the verification of reliability.
