龙葵种子具有休眠习性,采用合适的化学药剂能够打破龙葵种子休眠.H2 02、NaOH、HCl、KNO3、GA浸泡24h,均能明显提高龙葵种子的萌发率.以2.25~36.00 g/L HCl浸种的萌发率最高,萌发率超过90.00%;40.00 g/L KNO3与200.00 mg/L GA浸种后,萌发率超过80.00%,已达到打破龙葵种子的休眠的目的.
A Dormancy Breaking Technique for Solanum nigrum L.Seeds
There is significant dormancy in Solarium rugrum L. seeds. Treatment with proper chemical agents can be used to break its seed dormancy. Soaking the seeds in H2O2, NaOH, HC1, KNO3 and GA for 24 h increased germination compared to the untreated control. The highest germination rate of over 90% was obtained when the seed was treated with HC1 at 2.25 ~ 36.0 g/L. KNO3 at 40.0 g/L or GA at 200.0 mg/L also increased seed germination to above 80% ,thus these treatments allowed breaking dormancy of S. rugrum L. seeds.
