双氟磺草胺与2甲4氯钠混配对小麦的安全性及除草活性

摘要
为降低麦田阔叶杂草对除草剂产生抗性的风险、降低除草成本、增加药效，采用室内生物测定法对2甲4氯钠与双氟磺草胺混配的除草活性及对小麦安全性进行研究。结果显示：在283．5 g a．i．／hm2处理下二者混配对播娘蒿、猪殃殃防效分别为97．57％、88．27％；二者混配在播娘蒿、猪殃殃2种杂草与小麦之间的选择性指数分别为6．07、2．34。室内生物活性测定结果表明，2甲4氯钠与双氟磺草胺混用后可以提高对麦田阔叶杂草的防除效果，同时对小麦安全性较高。
Abstract
In order to reduce the resistance risk of herbicide to broadleaf weeds and increase herbicide efficacy in wheat, the selectivity and herbicidal activity of a mixture of florasulam and MCPA-Na on wheat were studied by indoor bioas-says.The mixture provided excellent control of Descuminia sophia and Galium aparine L.var.teneru,at efficacy levels of 97.6%and 88.3%,respectively,at a dose of 284 g a.i./hm2 .It was also selective to wheat,with selectivity indexes be-tween wheat and D.sophia and G.aparine L.var.teneru of 6.1 and 2.3,respectively.
