Effects of Gibberellic Acid·Indol-3-Ylacetic Acid·Brassinolide Mixing with Rice Paddy Herbicides on Photosynthesis and Yield of Rice
To investigate effects of rice paddy herbicides mixing with plant growth regulator gibberellic acid·indol-3-ylacetic acid·brassinolide 0.136% WP on photosynthesis and yield, the pot experiment was conducted taking Minghui 63 as subject. The treatments involved penoxsulam 25 g/L OD at 1200 mL/hm2 and florpyrauxifen-benzyl 3% EC at 1200 mL/hm2,as well as their respective mixture with gibberellic acid·indol-3-ylacetic acid·brassinolide 0.136% WP at 45 g/hm2 .Compared to the treatment of penoxsulam or florpyrauxifen-benzyl applied alone, their mixture with gibberellic acid·indol-3-ylacetic acid·brassinolide improved in photosynthesis at heading and flowering stages of rice, and both Gs and Tr were significantly increased .The number of filled grains per panicle, seed setting rate,1000-grain weight and actual yield per bucket during the rice mature stage were significantly improved, with improvements of 11.86% and 18.54%,6.10% and 9.24%,7.86% and 13.18%,21.05% and 36.25%,respectively.In summary, gibberellic acid·indol-3-ylacetic acid·brassinolide 0.136% WP mixing with penoxsulam 25 g/L OD or florpyrauxifen-benzyl 3% EC could promote photosynthesis and improve yield traits, thereby increasing yield in rice paddy.
