枸杞为我国传统药食两用名贵中药材,枸杞多糖为枸杞功效发挥的主要物质基础,生物学活性丰富,产业化开发利用前景广阔.对近年来枸杞多糖提取纯化、结构分析研究领域的新方法、新技术的应用进行系统综述,总结目前枸杞多糖的研究现状及发展态势,并对枸杞多糖产业化开发的潜在产品群和产业化前景进行分析和展望,以期为枸杞多糖的深入系统研究、枸杞资源的有效开发利用及中国枸杞资源产业链的有效提升提供科学参考.
Research progress on extraction, purification, and molecular structural elucidation of active polysaccharide from Lycii Fructus and analysis on its industrial development status and prospect
Lycii Fructus is a precious traditional medicinal and edible herb with multifunction,in which polysaccharide is believed to be a predominant active substance with multifarious biological functions and broad utilization prospect.In this review,the new technology application in extraction,purification,and structural elucidation of Lycii Fructus polysaccharide was systematically untangled,the current research situation and development trend were outlined,and the potential product groups and industry prospect in Lycii Fructus polysaccharide industrialization were analyzed to provide scientific reference for the enhancement of effective utilization and industrial chain of LyciiFructus resources.
