摘要
枸杞子Lycii Fructus作为传统中药材,其品质受到多重因素影响.为推动枸杞产业高质量发展,构建与枸杞子特有道地属性紧密契合的综合品质评价体系至关重要.采用德尔菲法,通过2轮专家咨询收集意见,形成指标池后进行筛选和优化,确保指标体系的科学性和合理性.继而运用系统层次分析法对各品质要素评价指标进行权重排序,明确各维度的重要性.结果显示,产地环境品质要素对枸杞子综合品质的形成至关重要,凸显了枸杞子品质与道地属性的紧密联系.生产过程规范、质量安全、药用品质和商品品质等也是影响评价结果的关键因素.此外,还纳入了文化商业品质要素,作为评价体系的重要补充.最终,通过尝试构建枸杞子综合品质评价体系框架,为枸杞产业发展评估、生产监管等提供有力参考,助力中药市场优质优价及产业全过程质量管理智能化、标准化发展.
Abstract
Gouqizi(Lycii Fructus)is a traditional Chinese medicinal material which is influenced by multiple factors in terms of its quality.To promote the high-quality development of Lycii Fructus industry,it is crucial to establish a comprehensive quality evaluation system that closely aligns with the unique dao-di indications attributes of Lycii Fructus.This study employed the Delphi method to collect expert opinions through two rounds of consultation,forming an indicator pool that was subsequently used to screen and optimize to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the indicator system.Subsequently,the systematic analytic hierarchy process was applied to rank the weight of evaluation indicators for various quality elements,clarifying the importance of each dimension.The results revealed that the quality elements related to the production environment are crucial for the formation of comprehensive quality of Lycii Fructus,highlighting the close connection between the quality of Lycii Fructus and their dao-di attributes.Elements such as standardized production processes,quality safety,medicinal properties,and commercial quality are also key factors influencing the evaluation results.In addition,this study incorporated cultural and commercial quality elements as an important supplement to evaluate the system.Ultimately,by attempting to construct a framework for the comprehensive quality evaluation system of Lycii Fructus,this study provides a valuable reference for the development evaluation and production supervision of the Lycii Fructus industry,facilitating the achievement of high quality and fair pricing in traditional Chinese medicine market,and promoting the intelligent and standardized development of whole-process quality management.
