摘要
目的 探析血小板衍生生长因子-BB(PDGF-BB)和脂质运载蛋白2(LCN2)在乳腺浸润性导管(IDC)癌患者血清及组织中的表达及临床意义.方法 选取济南市第八人民医院乳腺癌浸润性导管患者90例(IDC组),导管原位癌患者30例(DCIS组)、良性病变者30例(BPBD组),检测及分析乳腺IDC患者血清和瘤组织中PDGF-BB、LCN2 表达与临床病理特征的关系及两因子的相关性.结果PDGF-BB、LCD2表达在乳腺IDC组明显高于BPBD组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).乳腺浸润性导管癌患者血清和组织中PDGF-BB、LCN2表达水平与组织学分级、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、ER、PR表达明显相关;PDGF-BB表达量与LCN2表达量呈正相关(P＜0.05),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 乳腺浸润性导管癌患者PDGF-BB、LCN2均呈高表达,增加癌细胞浸润、转移风险;联合检测PDGF-BB、LCN2表达水平,有利于评估乳腺癌预后.
Abstract
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of serum platelet derived growth factor BB(PDGF-BB)and lipocalin-2(LCN2)in patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast.Methods Ninety patients with invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC group),30 patients with ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS group),and 30 patients with benign lesions(BPBD group)were selected to detect and analyze the relationship between the expression of PDGF-BB and LCN2 and clinicopathological features as well as the correlation between the two factors in serum and tumor tissue of patients with breast IDC.Results The expression of PDGF-BB and LCD2 in IDC group was significantly higher than that in BPBD group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The expression levels of PDGF-BB and LCN2 in serum and tissues of patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma were significantly correlated with histological grade,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,ER and PR expression.The expression level of PDGF-BB was positively correlated with that of LCN2(P＜0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion PDGF-BB and LCN2 are highly expressed in patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma,which increases the risk of cancer cell invasion and metastasis.Combined detection of PDGF-BB and LCN2 expression levels is beneficial to evaluate the prognosis of breast cancer.
