压力变送器作为工业领域的重要测量仪器,已广泛应用于火电、核电、化工、钢铁、航天等领域.随着检测技术和自动化技术的发展,对压力变送器的稳定性、精确度以及智能化水平提出了更为严苛的要求.介绍了压力变送器的主体结构和常见分类.从通信方式、特殊环境测量要求以及智能化等多个方面分析了压力变送器的研究和应用现状.压力变送器的通信方式已经从传统的模拟通信发展到方便、快捷的无线通信.针对高温极端环境压力测量,更多的新型材料(如碳化硅、石墨烯等)被用作传感器敏感元件.为了适应智能化需求,一些研究者设计、研发了具有自诊断功能的压力变送器,以保障系统的安全性.为了克服压力传感器的温度漂移问题,提出了各种神经网络和深度学习的温度补偿算法.无线化、智能化、高精度等将成为压力变送器未来的主要发展方向.
Pressure Transmitter Research Status and Development Trend
As an important measuring instrument in industrial field,pressure transmitter has been widely used in thermal power,nuclear power,chemical industry,steel,aerospace,and other fields.With the development of detection technology and automation technology,the stability,accuracy,and intelligence level of pressure transmitter has put forward more stringent requirements.The main structure and common classification of pressure transmitters are introduced.The research and application status of pressure transmitters from various aspects are analysed such as communication methods,special environmental measurement requirements and intelligence.The communication mode of pressure transmitter has been developed from traditional analog communication to convenient wireless communication.For high temperature extreme environment pressure measurement,new materials such as silicon carbide,graphene and other are used as sensor sensitive components.In order to adapt to the demand for intelligence,some researchers designed and developed pressure transmitter with self-diagnostic function,so as to protect the safety of the system.In order to overcome the temperature drift problem of pressure sensor,various neural network and deep learning temperature compensation algorithms have been proposed.Wireless,intelligent,high-precision and so on will become the main development direction of pressure transmitter in the future.
