基于Wi-Fi通信的特种车辆自动充电系统研究

为了实现特种车辆自动充电功能和充电接口的自动插拔功能,研究并修改了标准充电插座物理结构.标准充电插座采用圆形结构,且充电极沿着圆形结构依次布置.在引导充电极与特种车辆连接时,需要将充电极与充电接口的角度误差控制在非常小的范围,对特种车辆的停靠位置和充电终端的定位精度要求较高.提出了一种采用自动连接设备进行自动充电的方案.通过改造充电接口,增加Wi-Fi通信功能,实现了充电终端自动与特种车辆的充电口连接.通过Wi-Fi进行充电控制指令和电池管理系统(BMS)数据的转发,完成了充电极的改造,进而实现了充电极的自动插拔功能和自动充电功能.
Research on Automatic Charging System for Special Vehicles Based on Wi-Fi Communication
To realize the automatic charging function of special vehicles and the automatic plugging and unplugging function of charging interface,the physical structure of standard charging socket is studied and modified.The standard charging socket adopts a circular structure,and the charging poles are arranged sequentially along the circular structure.When guiding the charging poles to connect with the special vehicles,it need to control the angular error between the charging poles and the charging interface in a very small range,which requires high positioning accuracy of the stopping position of the special vehicles and the charging terminal.A program for automatic charging using automatic connection equipment is proposed.By modifying the charging interface and increasing the Wi-Fi communication function,the charging terminal is automatically connected to the charging port of the special vehicle.The charging control instructions and battery management system(BMS)data are forwarded through Wi-Fi to complete the modification of the charging pole,and then realize the automatic plugging and unplugging function and automatic charging function of the charging pole.
