Intelligent Spectrum Gas Detection Technology Enables Safe,Low-Carbon,High-End Development of Petrochemical Industry
There is a strong demand for the application of intelligent spectrum gas leakage detection technology in the petrochemical industry in terms of safety and environmentally friendly production situations and regulatory laws and regulations.Firstly,The advantages and disadvantages of traditional gas detection technology and spectrum gas detection technology are summarized in comparison.Secondly,the status of intelligent spectrum gas detection technology at home and abroad is introduced,and the detection principles,technical features,and applied range of infrared thermography,multi-frequency infrared gas detection imaging camera,Fourier transform infrared gas detection camera,laser radar gas detection imager and intelligent inspection robot based on intelligent spectral gas detection technology and equipment,which has been successfully applied in the domestic petrochemical industry are focus on profiling.Thirdly,the application case of intelligent spectrum gas detection technology in petrochemical industry typical scenes is analyzed.Finally,constructive comments are made on the development ideas of intelligent spectral gas detection technology in China,and the conclusion that"accelerating the research and development and popularizing the application of intelligent spectral gas detection technology can empower the safe,low-carbon and high-end development of the petrochemical industry"is given.
