阀座气泡泄漏检测与激光对射装置研究

为了探明激光对射应用于阀座气泡泄漏检测原理与测量的准确性、提升阀座气泡泄漏检测效率与准确性,研究了阀座气泡泄漏检测与激光对射装置.通过基于激光对射的阀座气泡泄漏检测装置设计、现状分析和科学试验,对装置的测量稳定性、气泡形成速率或泄漏速率与单个气泡体积的关系、国内外标准中规定气泡数与气体泄漏体积换算关系的准确性等进行了深入研究.得出了基于激光对射的气泡泄漏检测装置拥有优越的测量稳定性、气泡形成速率与单个气泡体积成正比等研究结论.基于研究结论,提出了国内外标准中关于气泡数与气体泄漏体积换算关系的不合理之处与应用建议.
Study of Valve Seat Bubble Leakage Detection and Laser Alignment Device
To find out the principle and measurement accuracy of laser alignment applied to valve seat bubble leakage detection,and to improve the efficiency and accuracy of valve seat bubble leakage detection,the valve seat bubble leakage detection and laser alignment device is studied.Through the design of the valve seat bubble leakage detection device based on laser alignment,analysis of the current situation and scientific experiments,the measurement stability of the device,the relationship between the bubble formation rate or leakage rate and the volume of individual bubbles,the accuracy of the relationship between the number of bubbles specified in the domestic and foreign standards and the volume of the gas leakage conversion,and so on,has been studied in depth.It concludes that the bubble leakage detection device based on laser alignment has superior measurement stability,and the bubble formation rate is proportional to the volume of a single bubble.Based on the conclusions of the study,the irrationality of the conversion relationship between the number of bubbles and the volume of gas leakage in the domestic and foreign standards and the application suggestions are put forward.
