Research on Accurate of Output High Voltage Ripple Tests for Off-Reactor Nuclear Measurement Systems
To solve the problem that the output high voltage ripple test process of the off-reactor nuclear measurement system is very susceptible to interference from the external environment, resulting in large fluctuations and instability of the test data, based on the current status of high voltage ripple test, the high voltage ripple test accuracy is studied. From the data simulation, structural design, signal cable optimization, safety protection and verification, and test process standardization and other five aspects,by summarizing the high voltage ripple test methods in other industries and combining the frequency characteristics of the high voltage generated by the off-reactor nuclear test system,a design method for high voltage ripple test accuracy based on the off-reactor nuclear test system is proposed. The capacitance value of the isolation filter capacitor is calculated by using data simulation technology,so as to meet the high voltage ripple test of the off-reactor nuclear measurement system, and the the external environment of the entire high voltage ripple test is optimized to reduce external electromagnetic interference.By verifying the safety and reliability of the testing environment and establishing relevant testing standards, the accuracy of the high voltage ripple test output of the off-reactor nuclear measurement system is ensured. This research can effectively improve the accuracy of high voltage ripple testing in the off-reactor nuclear measurement system and solve existing problems.
