Study of Reliability Impact Evaluation Prediction of Radar Turntable Hydraulic System
Aiming at the status that it is difficult to construct and assess the reliability reasonable modeling and impact evaluation system of the current radar hydraulic system,a reliability impact evaluation prediction method based on hazard analysis is proposed with a typical airborne radar turntable hydraulic system as the research object.A fuzzy judgment matrix is used to obtain the weight coefficients of the indicators,and reliability is modeled and simulated analysis to provide theoretical support for the accurate prediction of the system's reliability.On this basis,the hydraulic system reliability impact evaluation system is constructed by comprehensively sorting out the causes of failure of the hydraulic system of the turntable.Using Elman network,combined with empirical analysis to predict the reliability impact evaluation model,it provides an overall solution for the comprehensive analysis of radar turntable hydraulic system failure.It also provides reasonable ideas for further improving the reliability of the radar hydraulic system.The study can provide reference for the reliability analysis of other sub-systems of the radar.
