The automatic combustion control(ACC)system of reciprocating grate is the core of the domestic waste incinerator,is an indispensable part of the waste power plant to become a smart power plant. To realize the intelligent operation of the waste power plant as well as to improve the operation economy, the ACC system has been studied and designed.By analyzing the mechanism of the combustion process in waste power plants,as well as the previous research on foreign ACC systems, and combining with the actual operation experience in China,an adaptive adjustment method for the grate combustion process is innovatively proposed. The combustion system is analyzed and mined by datas.Taking load and oxygen as the target values and furnace temperature as the target range, the control of the grate system side is realized by adopting the way of progressive prediction compensation and using the overall change trend of multi-dimensional variables as the basis for dynamic change of target values. On this basis, further coordinated adaptive adjustment is made to the wind system side so as to eliminate the influence of large delay and large hysteresis of the waste incineration process;at the same time, the soft measured value of the layer thickness under the multivariate fitting is added as a correction in order to realize the fully automated operation. The practical application of the ACC system enhances the intelligent level of the whole plant, improves the steam output, and enhances the economic efficiency. The multivariate control approach has some applicability to the optimization of other thermal power combustion.
