Research on Automatic Control Method of Nitrogen Removal Biofilter in Wastewater Treatment Plant
Wastewater treatment plants usually add high-efficiency sedimentation tanks and nitrogen removal biofilter after the secondary biological tanks to carry out upgrading and reforming, and to achieve the purpose of effluent class A discharge standard.Combined with the engineering practice of nitrogen removal biofilter in a wastewater treatment plant, the fully automatic production control of the filter tank is studied, and an automatic control method is proposed.Firstly, the backwashing control process is realized by using the time-sequence down-control method to meet the full process automation requirements.Secondly, the bubbling method is used to realize the priority selection, which solves the problem of single control mode. Finally,a three-dimensional diagram of the filter structure is designed as a terminal interface aid, which enhances the readability of the upper computer system. The method makes some optimization on the traditional automatic control scheme,so that the filter tank can be operated in multiple control modes to achieve the level of fully automatic and visualized operation. This method can not only reduce the labor cost for water plant operation, but also provide a reference for automatic control professionals and process researchers of other filter tank models.
