为了维护高海拔地区输配电及用电工程线路的正常运行、提升供电的稳定性与质量,提出了高海拔配电线路故障精准定位方法.分析线路故障行波精准定位原理,实现故障点位的确认.通过计算故障电流波速和线路长度,实现行波双端定位.通过分析波速误差、线路长度误差和波头误差,提升高海拔输电线路行波定位精度.创新性地基于双端行波故障定位算法,以及小波变换、Hilbert-Huang变换方法,提出行波型故障预警与精准定位的优化措施.仿真模拟分析结果表明:所提方法能够迅速识别故障区间和故障准确位置,实现输配电线路故障的快速查找和故障点的精确定位.该方法的应用可以缩短电力线路运维人员的巡视时间、提升供电可靠性.
Research on Faults Accurate Localization in High Altitude Distribution Lines
To maintain the normal operation of power transmission and distribution and power engineering lines in high altitude areas and improve the stability and quality of power supply,the high altitude distribution lines faults accurate localization method is proposed.The principle of line fault traveling wave accurate positioning is analyzed to realize the confirmation of fault point location.By calculating the fault current wave speed and line length,the double-end positioning of traveling wave is realized.By analyzing wave speed error,line length error,and wave head error,the precision of traveling wave positioning of high altitude transmission lines is improved.Based on the double-end traveling wave fault location algorithm,and wavelet transform,Hilbert-Huang transform method,the optimization measures of traveling wave fault early warning and accurate location are proposed innovatively.Simulation and analysis results show that the proposed method can quickly identify the fault interval and the exact location of the fault and realize the rapid search of power transmission and distribution line faults and the precise location of the fault point.The application of this method can shorten the inspection time of power line operation and maintenance personnel and improve the reliability of power supply.
