Design of Micro Gas Turbine Measurement and Control System Based on LabVIEW
In view of the important role of micro gas turbine in distributed power generation and the rapid development of virtual instrumentation,to improve the efficiency of micro gas turbine digital measurement and control,a micro gas turbine measurement and control system based on LabVIEW is designed,and hardware selection and software development are carried out.In terms of hardware,high-precision measurement and control instruments and acquisition equipment are used to improve the testing accuracy.In terms of software,instrument control,data acquisition and display,data storage and report generation,etc.are designed as functional modules,and the collected signals are filtered to cut down the influence of interfering signals.Compared with the traditional measurement and control system,this system can realize stable control with friendly interface,simple operation,and high degree of automation control.Through the experimental tests on the starting,ignition and speed-up processes of the micro gas turbine,it is shown that the system can meet the performance test requirements of the micro gas turbine,and the feasibility of the system is verified.The design contributes to the digital development of micro gas turbine.
