基于任务机制的接地电阻监测告警系统设计

现阶段接地电阻监测系统存在准备时间长、流程复杂、数据传输不稳定、误警率高,以及自动化、智能化、信息化程度低等问题.针对不同的接地形式,设计了基于任务机制的接地电阻监测告警系统.系统由Ⅰ型监测节点和Ⅱ型监测节点、脉冲隔离供电设备以及中心监测告警软件组成.提出了一种基于距离的阈值判断优化算法.在试验条件下,当测量值与标准值差值约为示数的±1%时,可以有效降低50%以上的误警率.在某重点设施内对系统进行了一个季度的系统应用验证.应用结果表明,该系统一个季度内运行可靠、稳定,能够完成个性化定制任务.该系统可以满足区域多点接地电阻的智能监测告警需求.
Design of Grounding Resistance Monitoring and Alarm System Based on Task Mechanism
At the present stage,the grounding resistance monitoring system has the problems of long preparation time,complicated process,unstable data transmission,high false alarm rate,as well as low degree of automation,intelligence and informatization,etc.For different forms of grounding,a grounding resistance monitoring and alarm system based on task mechanism is designed.The system consists of type Ⅰ moxitoring node and type Ⅱ monitoring node,pulse-isolated power supply equipment and center monitoring and alarm software.A distance-based threshold judgment optimization algorithm is proposed.Under the test conditions,the false alarm rate can be effectively reduced by more than 50%when the difference between the measured value and the standard value is about±1%of indication.A quarterly system application validation of the system is conducted in a key facility.The application results show that the system operates reliably and stably for a quarterly and can complete individualized and customized tasks.The system can meet the demand for intelligent monitoring and alarm of regional multi-point grounding resistance.
