摘要

针对目前独立储能电力优化调度算法存在的精度偏低、计算速度较慢的问题,基于改进麻雀搜索算法(ISSA)和Cplex求解器技术,设计了一种独立储能的双层优化调度算法.该算法在耦合特性分析技术的基础上构建了独立储能的双层优化调度模型;同时,对于传统麻雀搜索算法(SSA)中存在的缺陷与不足,通过改进麻雀位置提出了优化的更新机制.利用ISSA及Cplex求解器分别求解出上、下层模型,从而实现设计目标.算例分析结果表明,所提算法的计算精度较高且收敛速度提升了 20%.ISSA-Cplex模型能够为独立储能提供科学、合理的电力调度计划策略,进而有效增加独立储能收益.

Abstract

Aiming at the existing problems of low accuracy and slow calculation speed of the independent energy storage power optimization scheduling algorithm,a two-layer optimal scheduling algorithm for independent energy storage is designed based on the improved sparrow search algorithm(ISSA)and Cplex solver technology.The algorithm constructs a two-layer optimal scheduling model for independent energy storage based on the coupling characteristic analysis technique;at the same time,for the defects and deficiencies existing in the traditional sparrow search algorithm(SSA),an optimized updating mechanism is proposed through the improvement of the sparrow position.The upper-lower-layer models are solved by using ISSA and Cplex solver respectively,to realize the design objectives.Case analysis results show that the proposed algorithm has higher computational accuracy and 20%faster convergence speed.The ISSA-Cplex model can provide scientific and reasonable power scheduling strategies for independent energy storage,which can effectively increase the revenue of independent energy storage.
