Research on Improvement of Control System Logic Verification Scheme for Nuclear Power Plants
With the steady progress of independent third-generation nuclear power technology, nuclear power projects under construction are facing the problems of large volume and long duration of control system logic verification, while the existing verification scheme originates from the second-generation plus nuclear power projects, which restricts the enhancement of the logic verification efficiency. To address this problem, the control logic characteristics and verification strategies of the domestic second-generation plus and autonomous third-generation nuclear power projects are analyzed and summarized to summarize the problems of the existing schemes in engineering practice. On this basis, the countermeasures are studied from three dimensions of verification strategy, organization mode, and implementation method, and the improvement scheme of reconstructing logic test scenarios, introducing simulation technology, and establishing automated test system is proposed. The benefit comparision results between the improvement scheme and the original scheme shows that the workload and duration of the improvement scheme are reduced significantly. The improvement scheme enhances the implementation efficiency and engineering benefits of logic verification and puts forward targeted solution measures for actual engineering problems. The research is of reference value for the subsequent batch promotion of the engineering construction of third-generation nuclear power projects.
