压水堆先进装卸料机电控系统的设计与研究

装卸料机是压水堆核电站停堆换料的关键设备.电控系统决定着设备运行的安全性和可靠性,因此需要对先进装卸料机电控系统进行设计与研究.通过分析和对比二代加装卸料机电控系统的设计,新增防撞激光雷达、在线绝缘监测、双侧冗余编码器、冗余载荷二次表、纠偏优化、自动偏移、检修模式、二次确认和编码器选择等功能,大幅提高了系统综合性能.重点介绍了先进装卸料机电控系统的架构设计、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)系统组态、PLC程序功能移植与开发、上位机画面组态和优化创新等内容,可使装卸料机设计人员、调试人员和使用人员快速了解装卸料机.该研究大幅提升了装卸料机运行的安全性和可靠性,对于全自动先进装卸料机的研发具有积极的推进作用.
Design and Study of Electric Control System for Advanced Loader and Unloader of Pressurized Water Reactor
The loader and unloader is the key equipment for the material change of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants.The electric control system determines the safety and reliability of the equipment operation,so it is necessary to design and study the electric control system for advanced loader and unloader.Through analyzing and comparing the design of the second-generation plus electronic control system for loader and unloader,the new anti-collision laser radar,online insulation monitoring,dual-side redundant encoder,redundant load secondary table,deflection optimization,automatic offset,maintenance mode,secondary confirmation and encoder selection,etc.,which significantly improves the comprehensive performance of the system.It focuses on the architectural design of electronic control system for advanced loader and unloader,programmable logic controller(PLC)system configuration,PLC program function transplantation and development,upper computer screen configuration and optimization and innovation,etc.,which can enable loader and unloader designers,commissioners and users to quickly understand the loader and unloader.This study has greatly improved the safety and reliability of loader and unloader operation and has positively promoted the research and development of fully automatic advanced loader and unloader.
