当前,知识产权标准化已成为不可逆的趋势,也是企业进行技术创新和市场竞争的新机遇.将技术标准与知识产权进行有效融合已成为关键.通过梳理技术标准和知识产权关系、分析我国核电仪控技术标准与知识产权标准化现状,探究核电仪控技术标准与知识产权的融合机理和困境.结合国际、国家、行业、团体、企业技术标准实践情况,提出了核电仪控知识产权标准化的策略,以促进核电仪控企业技术专利化、专利标准化、标准许可化.该研究对我国核电仪控技术标准制修订和国内仪控企业的知识产权创新工作提供了一定的理论指导,能有效推动知识产权标准化的融合创新与发展.
Research and Discussion on Standardization of Nuclear Power Instrumentation and Control Intellectual Property Rights
Nowadays,standardization of intellectual property rights has become an irreversible trend and a new opportunity for enterprises to carry out technological innovation and market competition.Effective integration of technical standards and intellectual property rights has become the key.By sorting out the relationship between technical standards and intellectual property rights,analyzing the current situation of standardization of technical standards and intellectual property rights in China's nuclear power instrumentation and control,the integration mechanism and dilemma of technical standards and intellectual property rights in nuclear power instrumentation and control are explored.Combined with the international,national,industry,group and enterprise technical standard practice,it puts forward the strategy of nuclear power instrumentation and control intellectual property rights standardization,to promote the technology patenting,patent standardization and standard licensing of nuclear power instrumentation and control enterprise.The research provides certain theory guidance for the revision of China's nuclear power instrumentation and control technical standards and the intellectual property rights innovation work of domestic instrumentation and control enterprises,and can effectively promote the integration innovation and development of intellectual property rights standardization.
