Development and Experimental Study of Functional Verification Tool for Condensate Flow in Nuclear Power Plants
The leakage monitoring system of nuclear power plant plays an important role in preventing leakage in nuclear power plant,so it is of great significance to clarify the condensate flow measurement mechanism of the leakage monitoring system. To realize the condensate flow measurement mechanism study,a condensate flow simulation verification device is developed and successfully used for the experimental study of condensate flow measurement function in nuclear power plants. The device is used to verify the piping arrangement of the gravity evacuation condensate flow measurement pipeline, the piping hydrophobic condition and the relevant parameter settings of the condensate flow meter, etc. At the same time, the existing design, installation and commissioning aspects of the problem to give improvement programs. The results of the study show that improper piping arrangement can lead to poor pipeline hydrophobicity and gravity hydrophobicity at the flowmeter will not be able to establish a stable flow rate and other issues.Similarly, improperly set alarm thresholds for condensate flowmeters and improperly set low-flow parameters can also affect the system's flow measurement function. The study can provide a reference for the research and application of gravity evacuation flow measurement.
