为有效提升电网企业管控能力和信息处理能力、缩短运营管控响应时间、提高企业满意度,构建一种基于数字化转型的电网企业自动化运营管控平台.基础层通过多种信息系统获取数据,搭建主数据库并将数据传输至中间层.管控层的管控模块通过运用大数据的管控路径,实现企业运营管控.信息孤岛模块通过数字化的信息调度,解决电网企业因运营数据量大而导致的无法及时整合和提取的问题.满意度评价模块采用Dempster-Shafer(D-S)证据理论,数字化评估管控模块管控效果,并通过用户层电脑界面向用户展示管控层的各项管控结果.试验结果表明,电网企业自动化运营管控平台能够完成9 700 条以上数据的整理与提取,说明数字化信息调度方式能够明显增强平台的数据处理能力.平台的运营响应时间最高仅为 10 ms,显著提升了企业对运营管控的满意度.该结果证明了D-S证据理论在实际应用中的高效性与优越性.
Construction of Automated Operation and Control Platform for Power Grid Enterprises
To effectively improve the control ability and information processing ability of power grid enterprises,shorten the response time of operation and control,and improve the satisfaction of enterprises,an automated operation and control platform for power grid enterprises based on digital transformation is constructed.The foundation layer acquires data through various information systems,builds the main database and transmits the data to the middle layer.The control module of the control layer realizes enterprise operation and control by applying the control path of big data.The information silo module solves the problem of not being able to integrate and extract in time due to the large amount of operational data of the power grid enterprise through digital information scheduling.The satisfaction evaluation module adopts Dempster-Shafer(D-S)evidence theory to digitally evaluate the control effect of the control module and displays the various control results of the control layer to users through the user layer computer interface.The test results show that the automated operation and control platform for power grid enterprise can complete the organization and extraction of more than 9 700 pieces of data,indicating that the digital information scheduling method can significantly enhance the data processing capability of the platform.The operation response time of the platform is only 10 ms at the highest,which significantly improves the satisfaction of the enterprise with the operation control.The result proves the efficiency and superiority of D-S evidence theory in practical application.
