工业智能仪器仪表电磁兼容技术研究

日趋智能化、网络化和集成化的自动化仪表与控制系统的电磁兼容现象和问题正得到更多的关注和重视,而仪器仪表面临的电磁环境也越来越复杂.因此,电磁兼容创新性研究尤为重要.通过对工业智能仪器仪表的应用场景分析,以及相关仪器仪表电磁兼容现象产生机理的研究,根据相关电磁兼容试验的结果,提出了针对于工业智能仪器仪表的电磁兼容防护措施.通过电磁环境模拟、电磁兼容试验室定量测试等方法,验证电磁兼容防护措施的有效性.该研究可有效提升工业智能仪器仪表的性能和可靠性,确保仪器仪表在复杂的电磁环境中的稳定运行.
Research on Electromagnetic Compatibility Technology of Industrial Intelligent Instrumentation
The electromagnetic compatibility phenomena and problems of increasingly intelligent,networked and integrated automation instrumentation and control systems are getting more attention and importance,and the electromagnetic environment faced by instrumentation is also becoming more and more complex.Therefore,innovative research on electromagnetic compatibility is particularly important.By analyzing the application scenarios of industrial intelligent instrumentation and researching the mechanism of electromagnetic compatibility phenomenon of related instrumentation,electromagnetic compatibility protection measures for industrial intelligent instrumentation are proposed based on the results of related electromagnetic compatibility tests.The effectiveness of the electromagnetic compatibility protection measures is verified through electromagnetic environment simulation,quantitative testing in the electromagnetic compatibility laboratory and other methods.This research can effectively improve the performance and reliability of industrial intelligent instrumentation and ensure instrumentation stable operation in the complex electromagnetic environment.
