Research on Risk Prediction and Process Control of Bias Load in Quantitative Loading System
Train rapid quantitative loading system has been widely used in the process of coal loading and transportation in China.However,in practice,the fluctuation of pile density due to the fluctuation of vehicle speed,fluctuation of coal quality,size and shape of coal lumps and other factors will lead to the risk of over-biased loading and coal scattering and other in the process of loading.To this,the research on the loading risk of quantitative warehouse coal quantity and vehicle position is carried out.Firstly,a variety of sensors and advanced identification systems are added to the loading system.These devices can capture the relevant loading data in real time and accurately,ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the data.Then,the large amount of data captured is meticulously cleaned and filtered to remove useless data and noisy data to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data analysis.Finally,the cleaned and filtered data is analyzed in depth in multiple dimensions.With advanced statistical analysis methods,the potential relationship between the quantitative warehase coal quantity and vehicle position is deeply explored.The study of the relationship between quantitative warehouse coal quantity and vehicle position can help optimize the loading process and avoid problems such as coal spillage and bias loads during the loading process.The research can improve the overall operational efficiency.
