5G专网在智慧核电典型场景的创新应用研究

随着数字化与智能化技术的不断发展,5G网络与核电技术深度融合是核电的发展趋势,也是实现核电全生命周期数字化、网络化、智能化的重要手段.针对传统核电复杂工业环境下人员管理难度大、设备管理复杂、远程交互困难等现状与痛点,通过搭建"5G+工业互联网平台"的新型智能化管理系统,满足高清视频传输与强实时、高可靠通信的多节点接入的需求.以智慧作业、智慧换料、冷源监视和设备健康管理等四大典型应用为着力点,开展人工智能(AI)+5G技术在核电现场的示范应用,并探索数字化转型背景下核电行业痛点的新型解决方案.通过高度融合AI、5G等新兴技术,实现现场作业全流程智慧化、换料操作远程化、冷源监视智能化、设备健康管理可重构化.典型场景应用的创新技术手段已在核电厂局部试点.该研究为核电智能化与数字化转型提供了参考.
Research on Innovative Application of 5G Private Network in Typical Scenarios of Intelligent Nuclear Power
With the continuous development of digitalization and intelligent technology,the deep integration of 5G network and nuclear power technology is the development trend of nuclear power,and an important means to realize the digitalization,networking,and intelligence of the whole life cycle of nuclear power.Aiming at the status and pain points such as difficult personnel management,complex equipment management,and difficult remote interaction etc.,in the complex industrial environment of traditional nuclear power,the new intelligent management system of"5G+Industrial Internet Platform"is built to meet the needs of high definition video transmission and multi-node access for strong real-time and highly reliable communication.Taking the four typical applications of intelligent operation,intelligent material change,cold source monitoring and equipment health management as the focus,the demonstration application of artificial intelligence(AI)+5G technology in the nuclear power site is carried out and new solutions to the pain points of the nuclear power industry under the background of digital transformation are explored.By highly integrating AI,5G and other emerging technologies,the intelligentization of the whole process of on-site operation,the remoteization of material change operation,the intelligentization of cold source monitoring,and the reconfigurable of equipment health management are realized.The innovative technical means applied in typical scenarios have been locally piloted in nuclear power plants.The research prodives a reference for the intelligent and digital transformation of nuclear power.
