Review of Power System Moving Target Defense for False Data Injection Attacks
With the in-depth application of information and communication technologies in the field of power systems, power systems face serious threats of cyber attacks. As a kind of the highly threatening cyber-attacks,false data injection attack(FDIA)can stealthily mislead power system applications without being detected by bad data detection mechanisms.Given the intrinsic correlation between FDIA stealthiness and a priori knowledge of power system parameters, power system moving target defense(MTD)becomes an important means for FDIA detection.FDIA-oriented power system MTD techniques are reviewed.Firstly, the principle of power system MTD is introduced. Then, the current research progress is summarized in terms of attack detection effectiveness, protection stealthiness and protection cost, respectively. Finally, the development direction is envisioned on the basis of the summary and analysis.
