Test study on Indication Error of Electronic Gas Meter under Different Working Modes
To ensure the fairness of gas trade settlement when using electronic gas meters, the test methods for the indication error of electronic gas meters under user mode and detection mode are studied. The reasons for the differences in the indication errors under different working modes are analyzed from the perspective of power consumption design. The test requirements of the relevant electronic gas meter standards and the shortcomings of the current conventional test devices and test methods are analyzed, and a new scheme of value transmission is proposed. This scheme can quickly test the indication error under different working modes without changing the testing device and the hardware and software of the inspected meters.Six JGM4S-G thermal gas meters are tested according to the scheme. The test results show that the consistency reaches 99.94%.The result verifies the accuracy of the scheme. The scheme is simple and convenient to implement and can accurately complete the metering performance testing of electronic gas meters under user mode.
