余热锅炉高压过热器泄漏预警研究

余热锅炉泄漏初期不易发觉,恶化后导致紧急停炉.提出利用现有设备条件,通过挖掘、采集设备运行周期关键数据,并运用基于最小二乘法统计回归分析的方法进行数据关系推导.使用Matlab工具求解回归方程,建立余热锅炉高压过热器蒸汽温升预测数学模型.利用高性能计算服务平台进行实时计算监测,以较低的成本实现余热锅炉高压过热器泄漏预警功能.通过代入历史数据的试验,验证该模型的实效功能.该模型为设备管理人员判断过热器是否存在泄漏提供了重要的研判依据.该模型有利于合理安排生产与检修计划.
Research on Leakage Warning of High Pressure Superheater of Waste Heat Boiler
The initial of waste heat boiler leakage is not easy to detect,and deterioration leads to emergency shutdown.It is proposed to utilize the existing equipment conditions,by mining and collecting the key data of the equipment operation cycle and using the method of statistical regression analysis based on the least squares method for the derivation of data relationship.Matlab tools are used to solve the regression equation to establish a mathematical model for predicting the steam temperature rise of the high pressure superheater of the waste heat boiler.Real-time computational monitoring is realized using high-performance computing service platform,so that the leakage warning function of high pressure superheater of waste heat boiler is realized with a lower cost.The effective function of the model is verified by substituting historical data test.The model provides an important research and judgment basis for equipment managers to determine whether the superheater is leaking.The model is conducive to the rational arrangement of production and maintenance plans.
